Hello to all,
This may be a long on but it has lots of important info in it so please bear with me.
As you may or may not know we have managed to arrange a photographer for you to come in next week to photograph your work.

Photographer
He will be here all afternoon on Wed 1st April, from 13.00 onwards. The venue is our Graphics studio 3, which is room number 136. (take the lift to first floor and its the 2nd double doors on the right)
We need you to bring your work and assist in displaying it so we can photograph it in a way which is appropriate for the piece. If you have any specific stands, easels or tables on which to place your work bring them too if you'd like.
The maximum number of images for the book will be 3 per student.
We will be placing a sign up sheet in your studios with 20 min time slots, please sign your name in one of these slots or alternatively you can just turn up and we will fit you in as soon as we can, but depending on how busy it gets you might have to wait a little longer. If the shoot runs over will can get the photographer to return on Thurs morning.

Images
If you are providing the images yourself they must be 300 dpi resolution and in pdf, tiff or jpeg format. Please ensure they are no smaller than 20cm squared so we only have to resize smaller so no quality is lost from the image. These images can be submitted to us any time from now via email or disk and the sooner the better for us. We would request that you submit at least 1 by the end of next week so we can complete layouts for the book over easter.

Next meeting
Upon returning after easter we will be submitting the final designs for your approval. There will be a meeting on Wed 29th April to do just this you are all welcome to join us! The meetings are 5.00pm in studio 3 (same place as the photography shoot)
